TERMS AND CONDITIONS ...

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY:
The property must not be occupied by more persons than the designated capacity of the existing bedding. Guests are not permitted to bring portable bedding [other than cots for infants under 3] Failure to comply with this strict requirement of the owner will result in cancellation of the booking without refund.

CHECK IN: 4 p.m.

CHECK OUT: 10 a.m.

ARRIVAL PROCEDURES:
Please check in at Chalet 9 Ski In Ski Out located at the end of Crackenback Drive, Crackenback Ridge, Thredbo between 4 p.m. & 5 p.m.

LATE ARRIVALS:
If you are arriving after 5.00 p.m. please phone before that time for key pick up and to make arrangements to pay the security bond

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Please contact the Manager at least 7 days prior to your arrival if you have any special requests that would make your stay more comfortable, such as food, wine or catering.
Daily maid service or mid week service available on request at an extra cost.

SECURITY BOND:
A security bond of $2,000 is required at check in by credit card pre-authorisation. Visa, American Express and Mastercard are accepted.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
1) All booking applications are "on request" and are subject to availability.
2) Once a booking is made it must be confirmed by payment of the required deposit within 4 days of the booking otherwise the booking will automatically be cancelled.
3) All bookings are subject to the conditions set out on the Booking Confirmation/Invoice which will be sent when a booking is made.
4) Minimum stays apply depending on the season and availability.

All arrangements, if confirmed, form a contract between yourself and Ski In Ski Out Chalets as agent for the owner of the property. It is your responsibility to read the accompanying property description to ensure that the property you have booked meets your needs.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
Payment can be made by cheque or direct deposit to Westpac, Jindabyne BSB 032728 ACCT 174587 or credit card. Credit card payments will attract a 2% merchant fee for Visa/Mastercard and 3.5% for Amex in addition to the payment required.

A deposit of 50% of the total costs of the booking must be received within 4 days of the booking being made before it can be confirmed. Failure to do so will result in the booking being automatically cancelled. If the booking is made within 60 days of arrival, payment in full is required immediately. FINAL PAYMENT must be made 60 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL or the booking is automatically cancelled.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:
If a deposit has been paid, cancellation of your booking must be in writing and must be received by us. Cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with the following conditions.
1. Bookings cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking cost.
2. Bookings cancelled 30 to 60 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost.
3. Bookings cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking cost.

Changes of properties or dates are not permitted after payment has been received for a booking.

FURTHER CONDITIONS:
In addition to the terms and conditions set out above, any booking is subject to such further terms and conditions as may be advised at the time of booking, or as may be displayed or advised at the time of occupation of the property.

SNOW CONDITIONS:
Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for snow or weather conditions, nor can any holiday be cancelled or altered at any time after the deposit has been paid on the basis of snow or weather conditions.

INSURANCE:
Ski In Ski Out Chalets strongly recommends you obtain travel insurance against loss of deposit, medical expenses, loss of personal belongings, public liability and cancellation fees.

GST:
The supply of services contemplated by the booking is input taxed and is not a taxable supply. Therefore the price is not required to include any GST.
